# BallChute > BallChute helps golf clubs manage congested member tee-time releases through a club-controlled online waiting room and booking turns, making access fairer across different levels of digital confidence. BallChute is for club managers, competition secretaries and handicap secretaries. Clubs configure booking releases; members enter the waiting room, choose playing partners and select available tee times when called. Administrators manage members, releases and completed tee sheets. A fairer booking process does not create extra course capacity or guarantee a preferred tee time. BallChute Standard provides a standalone waiting room and booking page for a club. BallChute + Intelligent Golf adds connection options for clubs using Intelligent Golf; the club configures and checks its connection before using it for live releases. Intelligent Golf is not required for Standard. New clubs can create an account online and start a 14-day free trial with no card required. No pilot application or manual approval is needed to sign up. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial. A club can choose to subscribe during the trial or pay afterwards to continue; confirming payment starts the paid subscription immediately. Standard costs £29 per club per month or £290 per year. BallChute + Intelligent Golf costs £35 per club per month or £350 per year. All prices are in GBP, plus VAT. Annual billing includes two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. ## Product, plans and setup - [BallChute overview, how it works, pricing and FAQs](https://ballchute.com/): Product features, booking flow, plans and common questions. - [Start your 14-day free trial](https://ballchute.com/app?onboard=1): Create a club account online; no card required.
