A focused addition to your booking process
BallChute is designed for congested member booking releases. It is not a replacement for your club’s membership, handicap or competition administration. For clubs using Intelligent Golf, we review your current setup and confirm the supported booking workflow before a supervised pilot.
What members do
- Enter the club’s waiting room when the release opens.
- Choose eligible playing partners while they wait.
- When called, use their booking turn to choose an available time and players.
- Receive confirmation, or see the club’s next steps if places have run out.
Members do not have to compete to click a newly opened slot at the same instant. Playing groups are checked against the club’s rules, available spaces and existing bookings. Choosing partners does not reserve them or guarantee a particular tee time.
What the club controls
- Release dates, waiting-room duration and recurring schedules.
- How many members can choose at once, and the time allowed per booking turn.
- Group-size limits, member eligibility and verification settings.
- The message and next steps for members who do not secure a place.
Start with one supervised release
We review the booking sheet, member entry route and administration process with your club. A fictional demo comes first, followed by an agreed pilot scope and checks before members are invited. We then review completed bookings, waiting times and staff interventions together.
A waiting room cannot create more course capacity or guarantee everyone their preferred time. Compare waiting rooms, fastest-finger booking and ballots before choosing an approach.
Simple club pricing
The Intelligent Golf plan is £35 per month or £350 per year, plus VAT. Annual billing includes two months free. Standard is £29 per month or £290 per year, plus VAT. Pilot availability and terms are agreed individually; sending an enquiry creates no subscription and requires no card.
